Book about Militia in War of 1812

I found a book in the Redstone Arsenal library on the militia during the War of 1812. Title: "Citizen Soldiers in the War of 1812" by Skeen. Chapter nine is titled "War in the South and the Battle of New Orleans." Joe it will be back in library next week if you want to check it out.

I apologize for being so remiss in posting over the past 9 months. Cap'n Nick sent me photos from Bledsoe Station 2013 and I have posted some here (3 posts with 5 pics each). Hopefully I will now become more resolute in documenting the activities of the Company as I will be moving to Huntsville, AL for work and therefore back in the "Area of Operations."
